My Experience
I joined Kentucky Select Properties after serving as the former Executive VP of one of the world's largest civic celebrations – the Kentucky Derby Festival. In my previous role, I had the privilege of managing the daily operations while also mastering the art of connecting with people from all walks of life in Louisville's diverse community. Through working with a vast network of volunteers, negotiating sponsorships, hosting celebrities and dignitaries, and being present at various events, I gained extensive knowledge of the city and what makes it a vibrant place to live, work, and play. These skills undoubtedly benefit both buyers and sellers in their real estate endeavors.
Throughout the years, I have lived in various parts of Louisville, including Shawnee, Crescent Hill, and St. Matthews. Currently, I call the Highlands my home, where I love spending time at local restaurants, coffee shops, and other trendy spots. The city and its people hold a special place in my heart, and I'm often affectionately referred to as "that Derby lady" by even those I meet for the first time. As my time at KDF came to a close, I knew I wanted to continue working in an area that allows me to engage with people regularly. Socializing comes naturally to me, and I'm driven by my deep desire to make people feel welcomed and valued.
Today, most of my business stems from referrals and recommendations from my previous clients. Outside of real estate, you can often find me enjoying quality time with my family and friends. I'm a 'self-proclaimed chef,' and I love hosting gatherings at my home. Besides cooking, I find joy in working out, volunteering for non-profit causes, writing, travel, and exploring new wines.
I am eager to share some of my incredible experiences with you (trust me, I have some great celebrity stories!) while assisting you in buying or selling your next home.
